As Negros Power has taken over, management and operations of our DU are gradually transitioning from the coop/rural style that CENECO has given us for many years. This is a vast transition, from the minutest office systems to rehabilitating the entire system. For the convenience of consumers, CENECO and Negros Power managements have agreed to utilize the temporary office of Negros Power to facilitate customer transactions. This is the new Negros Power Customer Care Center located on the 2nd floor of Robinsons East Mall, Burgos Avenue, Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City.

Negros Power’s temporary office offers a fully air-conditioned Customer Care Center equipped with a digital queuing system, complimentary coffee, and bread.

The office is fully air-conditioned and with comfortable seats that put personal space into consideration.

Consumers visiting the CENECO office on Mabini Street will be provided with a complimentary shuttle service to visit the Negros Power office. Meanwhile, direct visits to the Negros Power office are encouraged.

It is located on the second floor of Robinsons East Center, Burgos St, Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City. Business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, without a noon break.
