Nimo TV works with AliSports
Nimo TV, the leading global platform for gamers, partners with AliSports for the broadcast coverage of the World Electronic Sports Games 2019.
It will be held in Chongqing, China.
With this, Nimo TV continues to strengthen its global presence in the world of egamers.
For Live Streaming and Coverage
The live streaming giant AliSports was given the rights to cover and broadcast the WESG 2019 event through the mobile app. This makes it easier for a subscriber to get a blow-by-blow update of the happenings in the tournament.
Henry Zhao, Nimo TV Overseas Executive, said that they are excited to bring WESG 2019 to everyone via Nimo TV. “Nimo TV and Alisports share a common goal of bringing esports closer to the world, and we believe that this partnership will make us achieve our goal,” Zhao reveals.
WESG 2019: International Esports Tourney
Alisports established the WESG series of gaming events in 2016 as an international esports tournament.
At present, it holds the highest prize pool of any third-party egaming competition across multiple titles. The prize money now is going to reach $5.5 million.
As an “Olympic-style” tournament, WESG follows the Olympic standard where teams must consist of players from one nationality. This set up will emphasize national pride as well as encourage fans to actively participate in the competition.
