Chef Gaita Fores of CIBO announced that she will serve their collaborative Italian Porchetta at all CIBO branches for a limited time starting May 1, 2024. Working with her friend Joel Binamira, the man behind the ZubuChon of Cebu fame, Chef Gaita is excited about this collaboration.
The ZubuChon and CIBO final product is a succulent, all-natural pork belly, meticulously prepared by ZubuChon’s chefs. It is stuffed, rolled, and roasted by CIBO in the Italian way, “creating a marriage of flavors you won’t find anywhere else,” their press release said.
