iQor Talisay First Anniversary
It has been a year now and iQor Talisay here in Negros Occidental, Philippines is past its birth pains, as they reached their one-year milestone. iQor is the newest addition to the roster of BPO companies who have their base of operations here in the province.
The management is very thankful for the hard work of the men and women, from the pioneers to the new recruits, who have tirelessly built the company in hiring, training, and maintaining quality service to our clients.
iQor Employee Engagement Party
And with that, they held their first ever iQor Employee Engagement Party in celebration of their first anniversary last September 15, 2017 at The District North Point. This event was designed to celebrate and appreciate their pool of talents and what they contribute to the success of the company.
Recruitment
The day was kicked off with a recruitment activity during mall hours, from 10am-5pm, of The District, which was held at their activity center. A total of 143 applicants were entertained.
While it rained in the afternoon, the sky cleared for the party in the evening that was held at the open strip of The District, which was closed especially for the event. The event was graced by iQor Operation Directors Varun Pandey and Puneet Suneja, Vice President for HR Fleurette Navarro, and Talent Director Cynthia Maslian.
Top Referrers Program
Before the program started, iQor employees were treated to an unlimited barbecue dinner that started at 6 o’clock in the evening. There were games where the employees won some iQor premium merchandise. They also held a raffle draw for the referrers where they had a chance to win P3,500 in cash each.
A total of 15 referrers were drawn and there were a couple of lucky ones who won twice. Aside from their referral commissions, this is another one of iQor’s way of thanking the people who keep on referring quality talents to the company.
