Easy Party Idea at L’Fisher Hotel Bacolod for Small to Medium Gatherings

Sometimes, you find yourself in a situation that you need to throw a party at the last minute and you can no longer think of the arrangements and most of all, the menu. If there is one thing that I learned during the 2015 Christmas Party of the Negrense Blogging Society Inc. (a.k.a. Negros Bloggers), it’s that you can easily do that at L’Fisher Hotel Bacolod.

You see, L’Fisher Hotel has lunch and dinner buffets at their Ripples Restaurant during weekends (when parties are mostly held) and they are available at a set price. For the individual cover price, you get a complete meal from appetizer to dessert. All you need to do is book a table or a function room for your event and the efficient staff at L’Fisher Hotel will do the arrangements for you. You just have to drop by a day before to finalize your preferred set up so that everything will be ready when you arrive.

And the good thing is, depending on the occasion or the time of the year, they have promos available where the buffet price is greatly slashed.

For the Negros Bloggers Christmas Party 2015, there were 21 of us including kids, and we occupied two small function rooms joined together. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet and the kids went gaga over the abundance of desserts designed by Chef Denis Laumône. In my case, I hit the pasta bar and had them whip up Spaghetti Puttanesca while I attacked the carving station for a generous serving of roast beef. I don’t know, despite the many dishes that night, Puttanesca and Roast Beef were the only tastes I craved and I wasn’t disappointed because the beef was so tender and flavorful and the pasta was on point. And for dessert, I only had one, too, French pudding with milk sauce. Yum! I was sooo satisfied so happy diner here!

You can do it, too, in case you need to throw an easy party. If the function rooms are already booked, you can just occupy a group of tables put side by side. Just call L’Fisher Hotel at (034) 433 0951 for inquiries but it would still be best to visit them so that you can imagine how your party will look like.
