The New and Improved Merzci Silay 4th Branch Re-Opens

Travel is once again alive and so is the Bacolod pasalubong industry. Even locals are roaming around more, hitting local snack bars for their favorite comfort food. We are almost back to pre-pandemic operations and businesses are gearing up to serve their customers better than ever. Strengthening the Merzci Brand 

Merzci is a tradename of CM and Sons Food Products, Inc., which was established in Bacolod City as a family enterprise in 1995. Supplying different kinds of bread to a single store at the Libertad Market, Merzci started as a small bakery that eventually became a household name for local bread products.

In just a short span of time, they expanded with more branches around the city as well as supplied bakery products to satellite dealers all over the province of Negros Occidental. Furthermore, Merzci also evolved into a fast-food restaurant serving scrumptious and affordable snacks as well as short-order meals to Negrosanons. Eventually, the brand became a big name in the Bacolod pasalubong industry under the leadership of President and CEO, Jonathan Manuel T. Lo.

The Merzci Silay 4th Branch 

Merzci Silay 4^th branch was opened last March 30, 2021 only. But to better serve its customers, especially the Merzci Silaynon patrons, the branch underwent a major store renovation. They held its grand re-opening today, February 15, 2023 with all the fanfare and fun games that Merzci is known for.

The day’s event started with a motorcade at 9:00 AM. There was a store blessing, ribbon cutting, siopao-eating contest, and bundling promos that the local residents really enjoyed.

Merzci Silay 4^th Branch is a full store serving fresh breads, delectable meals, and delicious pasalubong treats that Bacolod is known for. Their flagship products like Biscocho, piaya, tarts, and Napoleones are available there.

Merzci Silay 4th Branch is located at Rizal Street, Barangay 2, Silay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. It is open daily, from 5:30AM to 8:30PM. The improved store has a seating capacity that can accommodate up to 190 customers at one time.
