EXERCISE

Let’s get physical. Yes, one of the best ways to de-stress is to get our bodies moving. It helps release endorphins, or what is known as the happy hormones, that can be beneficial in relieving the tension. But honestly, I get more stressed if I have to do regular exercise so I will stick with doing my chores. Gets my body moving, gets me to keep our home tidy, and makes me feel generally good than let’s say, going to the gym.

How about rewarding yourself? Do what you like. Have a latte at your favorite coffee shop, go window shopping, get a mani-pedi, a body massage, or buy something to add to your wardrobe.
